Now that Labor Day is over, it is the “unofficial end of Summer” for most of you. Here in Florida it goes year round though. So when you need a break from Oldman Winter, remember that Florida’s just a plane ride away…
Lobstermania!
Finally the lobsters came back out today! I haven’t seen one since the season began a few weeks ago. They were everywhere today! I could have easily taken my limit. I didn’t need that many though, so I only took home 3 lobsters. I even found one out in the open. I caught him and moved him to a better part of the reef where he could hide better. They stay fresher longer if you keep them in the ocean;)
Does anyone have a good lobster recipe to share?

The chaos of soon to be Hurricane Isaac has finally died down tonight. After another day of high winds, heavy rain and flash flood warnings from the National Weather Service, paradise has finally been restored for South Florida.
